CrreamAwk

What does CrreamAwk mean?

CrreamAwk is a face caught in an awkward moment, eyes up, not sure where to look. The spelling is broken on purpose. Chat posts it when a silence lands, a joke does not, a date story goes wrong, or a donation is uncomfortable and nobody wants to be the next person to talk. It is cringe you feel in your shoulders.

Origin

Photo global. The code is 'cringe' and 'awkward' smashed together and then misspelled, which fits the emote. It is older than WeirdChamp and less judgmental. WeirdChamp is a verdict. CrreamAwk is the feeling of being in the room.

When to use CrreamAwk

• A joke that died, a long pause, or a story that got too personal
• Secondhand embarrassment

• Not for a normal fail. Use FailFish if the issue is skill.
