8. Google User Data and YouTube API Services

AutoVOD.AI uses YouTube API Services. If you choose to connect your YouTube account through Google Sign-In, we request the following Google OAuth scopes and use them only as described here:

• View your YouTube account to read your channel ID, channel name, and handle so we can show which channel is connected.
• Manage your YouTube videos to upload the videos you schedule from AutoVOD.AI to your channel, with the title, description, tags, and privacy status you choose.
• View YouTube Analytics reports to show you performance reports for the videos you publish through AutoVOD.AI.

What we store. We store your channel ID, channel name, and the OAuth access and refresh tokens Google issues to us. Tokens are stored in our database, transmitted only over encrypted connections, and used solely to perform the actions above on your behalf. We do not store copies of your YouTube videos, and we do not read your comments, messages, or subscriber lists.

How we share it. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not share it with third parties except with the infrastructure providers that host our service and only as needed to operate it. Google user data is never used for advertising, is never sold to data brokers.

Retention and deletion. Google user data is retained only while your YouTube account is connected. You can disconnect it at any time from your account settings, which immediately deletes the stored tokens. Deleting your AutoVOD.AI account removes all associated Google user data. You can also revoke our access at any time from your Google Account security settings.

AutoVOD.AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By connecting your YouTube account you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to Google's handling of your data.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "last updated" date.
