What does GivePLZ mean?

GivePLZ is "please give." The round-headed character holds something out with starry eyes — begging, offering, or starting a handoff. Chat uses it to ask for a game, a clip, an unban, a song, or attention, usually with a layer of cute rather than rude.

It is almost always half of a pair. TakeNRG is the receiving pose. Posted together they make a handshake, a trade, or a Spirit Bomb-style energy pass. One chatter GivePLZ, another TakeNRG, and the bit lands.

Origin

GivePLZ and TakeNRG are official Twitch globals: two cartoon heads with star pupils, mirrored giving and taking poses. They showed up in the mid-2010s as a matching set rather than standalone faces.
