HmmFace

What does HmmFace mean?

HmmFace is a classical bust with a flat, unconvinced mouth. Chat posts it when they are thinking, when a take is suspicious, or when they need a pause that is not ResidentSleeper. The statue is considering your argument and has not agreed. It is the smart version of ANELE. ANELE left the room. HmmFace is still in the lecture.

Origin

The art is a marble head, which is a funny thing to drop in a timed raid. Twitch added it as a global for exactly the 'hmm' that used to be typed. It is newer than the photo faces and much easier to read: stone, doubt, continue.

When to use HmmFace

• A dubious claim, a theory, or a puzzle
• Thinking on purpose, not AFK
• Polite skepticism
• When ANELE would mean you stopped listening and you have not
