JKanStyle

What does JKanStyle mean?

JKanStyle is a small pixel face used when something was done with a specific, slightly retro style. A combo, a line, a fit, an old-game clear: the emote is the signature rather than the emotion. DBstyle is sunglasses in a photo. JKanStyle is the pixel version, a tag at the end of a clip.

Origin

Early pixel global, nickname plus 'style.' The face is tiny on purpose, the way a signature is smaller than the painting. Post it when the interesting part is how it looked in an 8-bit sense, not only that it worked. PixelBob is the other pixel guy if you need a second signature.

When to use JKanStyle

• A stylish combo or a retro clear
• Signing a clip the way you'd tag a high score
• Pixel streams that want a face at the same resolution
• When DBstyle's sunglasses are the wrong decade
