RedCoat

What does RedCoat mean?

RedCoat is a tiny pixel figure in a red coat. Chat posts it for retro games, a formal bit, a British-redcoat joke, or any time the other pixel globals need an officer. BCWarrior is the stern hero. FUNgineer is the builder. RedCoat showed up dressed. There is no modern photo version. The coat is the rank.

Origin

Early pixel global, surviving because the silhouette is readable and the set would be worse without its weird little people. Use it as a stamp, not as an emotion. If you need a feeling, you have picked a man who is mostly a coat.

When to use RedCoat

• Retro strategy games and pixel raids
• A formal or costumed bit
• Filling out a pixel roster with BCWarrior and FUNgineer
• Not as hype. The coat does not pog.
