PrimeMe

What does PrimeMe mean?

PrimeMe is a small crown on a purple cushion. It means use your Prime sub, or 'prime me,' the request a channel makes when a free Twitch Prime subscription is sitting unused. Chat also posts it when a Prime benefit, a free game, or a crown-shaped ego shows up. The cushion makes the ask look ceremonial. It is still an ask.

Origin

Official global tied to Twitch Prime, now Prime Gaming. The crown is the subscription you did not have to pay for this month. GoldPLZ begs for anything shiny. PrimeMe begs for one specific button in your inventory. Channels type it because the button is real and people forget it.

When to use PrimeMe

• Asking viewers to use a Prime sub
• A Prime benefit or a free drop tied to it
• The crown as a little ego, if the sub is not the subject
• Not for a paid gift. GoldPLZ is greedier and more general.
